As the Membership Experience Supervisor at the YMCA of Three Rivers, you'll coach and develop team members while fostering member engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop the Membership Experience Team
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance support
• Foster member engagement by building strong relationships
• Ensure seamless daily operations at the membership desk
• Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
Requirements:
• High school diploma and 3+ years of customer service experience
• Proven track record in team development
• Certification in Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED
• Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office
• Valid G driver’s license and vehicle access recommended
