Position: Controller for Manufacturing Facilities
Join Heroux Devtek as a Controller overseeing multiple facilities in the machining sector. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and attention to detail to drive operational success.

As a pivotal member of the management team, your expertise in public company reporting and team management will be essential. You will lead the financial strategy including annual budgets, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting across various departments. Your ability to provide insights and foster teamwork will greatly impact operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual budgets and strategic planning routines

• Oversee financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly statements

• Deliver critical KPI reports to enhance operational success

• Implement financial controls per Bill 198 (52-109)

• Liaise with management for audits and ensure accountability

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance

• CPA designation required

• Minimum 5 years post-designation experience

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred

• Advanced MS Excel and ERP software proficiency
