Job Duties:

Set up, operate, maintain machine tools (e.g. CNC mills, grinders, lathes, drill presses) to shape and assemble mould components

Interpret and work from technical blueprints, CAD models, and design specifications to plan mould fabrication

Disassemble, clean, inspect, and repair existing moulds and tooling, performing corrective adjustments as needed

Perform regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure moulds meet tolerances

Document fabrication and maintenance activities, maintain mold inventories, and update repair histories

Uphold workplace safety and housekeeping standards, adhering to health, safety, and operational procedures
