Reach Forklift​/Material Handler

On behalf of our client,
Grand River Personnel is seeking an experienced Material Handler to support production operations in a manufacturing environment.

This is a temporary-to-permanent role for the right candidate.

This role involves preparing, moving, and storing materials to ensure smooth production flow, with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, FIFO processes, and safe operation of reach forklifts.

Shift
: 6:30am-4:30pm (Monday-Thursday, Fridays as need)

Pay Rate
: $19

• Operate forklift and reach truck safely
• Pick, pack, wrap, stage, and supply materials to production lines
• Maintain accurate inventory and material flow (FIFO)
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
• Communicate material or equipment issues to management

• Minimum 1 year of material handling experience in manufacturing
• Valid forklift and reach truck certification (In-house license is invalid)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with inventory control
