Responsibilities
Oversee the blending of pigments, bulk ingredients, and resin with precision, following strict mixing guidelines.
Accurately identify and handle blends, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices for efficient material usage.
Operate equipment such as high-intensity mixers, ribbon blenders, and drum tumblers to achieve uniform blends.
Maintain clean and organized blending and resin handling systems.
Work independently, demonstrating urgency, motivation, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

Experience:

2-3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Forklift

Experience:

Minimum 1 year required.
Physical Ability:
Capable of standing for 6–8 hours and lifting up to 25 kg.

Skills:

Manual dexterity, strong math abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Commitment: A strong attendance record and adherence to company policies
