Job Description

The role involves working as either a general labourer or a Bend Cell Operator, both of which are straightforward and repetitive positions. As a general labourer, you will perform one process on the tube, such as loading it into a deburring machine or a perforator. The Bend Cell Operator position involves handling multiple processes, including loading the tube into a cell, where a robotic arm bends it to a specified shape, followed by cutting, deburring, and washing the tube.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery such as deburring machines and perforators.
• Load tubes into cells for robotic bending.
• Perform additional processes like cutting, deburring, and washing tubes.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.

Essential Skills

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience with quality/measurement tools.
• Consistent work history, ideally with a minimum of one year at each job.
• Experience in general labor and machine operation.
• Familiarity with the automotive manufacturing process.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator or general labourer.
• Back ground in the automotive or metal industry.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
