A Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting in all shop requirements from, shop clean-up, general maintenance, and assisting on various shop projects. We are looking to add someone to our team who is eager to learn, detail-orientated and a team player.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for General Maintenance & House Keeping items such as shoveling entrance & salting.Clean the shop floor using a ride-on cleaner.Loading & unloading of deliveries as needed.Basic Maintenance and repair item of facility.Assist with various shop projects, including 5s projects.Accurate and timely completion of all daily paperworkGeneral housekeeping dutiesIn accordance with company policy/ESA; overtime, work outside of regular hours, and being on call may be required at the discretion of the company.Driving Company Delivery TruckResponsible for Delivery & Pickup of Local shipments.All other duties as assigned.Requirements
Completion of High School or equivalentValid Drivers License and able to InsuredForklift truck and material handling experienceAbility to hook up and drive with a trailer.You have a get it done attitude and are skilled at removing barriers.You operate with a team spirit, not with ego; you want everyone, including yourself, to do their best work; you see your success as dependent on the success of the team.You have the ability to think beyond the needs of the customer to point out errors and potential issues.You are able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions, cope effectively with complexity and change, quickly understand and absorb new information and respond appropriately.You are a straight shooter who gets to the point and can clearly communicate in both oral and written for.We Look Forward to Hearing from You!
