The Andersons is seeking a Grain Operations Worker to manage grain operations from receiving to packaging, including quality grading and bagging Navy beans.

Your role will ensure efficient grain handling and storage.

This position involves performing crucial inspection activities while operating grain receiving equipment. It is suitable for individuals with minimal job-related experience, as you will work under close supervision. The job requires versatility as you’ll work in various weather conditions and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections such as probing trucks for grain

• Use grain handling and receiving equipment at truck dumps

• Keep storage areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• Preferred High School Diploma or GED

• Previous grain operations experience is a plus

• Ability to lift/push/pull weights up to 75 pounds

• Willingness to work in moderate noise and dust

• Able to climb or kneel at heights of up to 180 feet
