As a Production Worker, you'll assist with various production tasks according to business demands. You will engage in cleaning duties, chick grading, and supporting delivery personnel. This position ensures continuity in operations while accommodating staff absences and workload changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-train for different labor positions on the production floor

• Sanitize machines and areas prior to egg transfer

• Sort chicks following welfare and biosecurity standards

• Help drivers with day-old chick deliveries

• Wash and sanitize chick boxes and trays regularly

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards

• Flexibility in work hours and tasks

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40 lbs

• Commitment to health, safety, and biosecurity practices

• No formal education required; training provided
