Seasonal Opportunity! Summer students and seasonal help are welcome to support peak operations through September 1st, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain a high‑speed bottling/canning line, ensuring safe and efficient production.
- Perform a variety of tasks including bottle de‑palletizing, rinsing, candling, labeling, carton forming, packing, sealing, pasteurization, and palletizing.
- Operate specified equipment according to company instructions and operating procedures.
- Execute basic troubleshooting—both manual and electronic—while running equipment.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors verbally and in writing.
- Participate in training and cross‑training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Complete mechanical changeover of equipment.
- Maintain physical readiness for constant standing, bending, twisting, lifting, and climbing.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
12‑hour straight continental shifts (Day: 7am‑7pm)
Week 1: 2 days on (Mon & Tues), 2 days off (Wed & Thurs), 3 days on (Fri‑Sun)
Week 2: 2 days off (Mon & Tues), 2 days on (Wed & Thurs), 3 days off (Fri‑Sun)
Weekend Shift Premium of $2.00 per hour
Key Qualifications- Highly motivated, conscientious, self‑managed team player with experience in a production team environment.
- Reliability and positive attitude required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of production experience.
- Working knowledge of production equipment and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Proven technical competency.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
- Must be able to stand and bend throughout the workday.
- Must be able to work continental shifts, including every other weekend.
