, you’ll be at the forefront of building and assembling advanced automation equipment. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, machining, and system integration will be crucial in delivering high-quality special-purpose machinery and driving operational excellence across our manufacturing processes.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and bills of materialsFabricate and machine components; assemble parts and sub-assembliesIntegrate pneumatic and hydraulic systems into automation equipmentSupport machine build, debug, commissioning, and final acceptanceConduct test runs and ensure equipment meets specificationsCollaborate cross-functionally with electricians, PLC programmers, and designersProvide mechanical support during installation and at customer sitesTrain operators and maintenance teams on equipment and safety proceduresPerform inspections using precision measuring toolsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and recommend design enhancementsMaintain proper documentation and adherence to ISO and safety standardsWhat We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in automation/machine assembly or millwright workStrong mechanical aptitude with hands-on assembly and machining experienceAbility to read blueprints and interpret pneumatic and hydraulic schematicsExperience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Knowledge of rigging and lifting techniquesProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and safety mindsetEffective communication skills and ability to work independently and in teamsBonus Points If You Have:
Advanced technical training or certification in machining or automationExperience working with ISO standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)Experience in custom machine build environmentsExposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiativesHow to Apply:
