Seasonal Packaging Operator Department:

Seasonal Opportunity! Summer students and seasonal help are welcome to support peak operations through September 1st, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain a high‑speed bottling/canning line, ensuring safe and efficient production.
Perform a variety of tasks including bottle de‑palletizing, rinsing, candling, labeling, carton forming, packing, sealing, pasteurization, and palletizing.
Operate specified equipment according to company instructions and operating procedures.
Execute basic troubleshooting—both manual and electronic—while running equipment.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors verbally and in writing.
Participate in training and cross‑training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Complete mechanical changeover of equipment.
Maintain physical readiness for constant standing, bending, twisting, lifting, and climbing.
Work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Example Schedule 12‑hour straight continental shifts (Day: 7am‑7pm)
Week 1: 2 days on (Mon & Tues), 2 days off (Wed & Thurs), 3 days on (Fri‑Sun)
Week 2: 2 days off (Mon & Tues), 2 days on (Wed & Thurs), 3 days off (Fri‑Sun)
Weekend Shift Premium of $2.00 per hour
Key Qualifications Highly motivated, conscientious, self‑managed team player with experience in a production team environment.
Reliability and positive attitude required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of production experience.
Working knowledge of production equipment and understanding of manufacturing processes.
Compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
Proven technical competency.
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
Must be able to stand and bend throughout the workday.
Must be able to work continental shifts, including every other weekend.
