Responsibilities
Masterfully maneuver Material Handling Equipment (MHE)—including Counterbalance, Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies—with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Keep the facility moving by seamlessly loading/unloading trailers and staging critical materials for the production lines.
Keep inventory flawless by utilizing modern RF scanners to log and track real-time stock movements.
Conduct routine pre-shift inspections and champion a zero-harm, team-first environment.
Qualifications
A valid Forklift Certification (Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie, or Raymond Reach) is a huge plus.
At least 1 year of solid forklift experience in a fast-moving warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of showing up on time, bringing a great attitude, and lifting up your teammates.
Ability to maintain accuracy and focus under heavy workload.
Proactively look out for safety of self and crew to ensure everyone goes home safe.
