Position: Loader Operator for Ready-Mix Plant
Heidelberg Materials seeks a Loader Operator to optimize operations at our ready-mix plant. This role focuses on safe equipment operation, quality control, and maintaining an efficient work environment.

As a Loader Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting plant operations by safely operating loaders and handling aggregate materials. You'll conduct equipment inspections and help monitor practices that prevent contamination. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace is crucial as you assist with various tasks throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate loader and other heavy equipment safely

• Load and manage aggregate materials for plant efficiency

• Conduct pre-use inspections and address issues swiftly

• Monitor material handling to ensure quality standards

• Assist with general labour tasks when required
