Electromechanical Assembly Specialist

Insight Global is looking for a Robotics Assembler to join our client on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is local to Kitchener, ON and requires the successful candidate to work on-site 5 days per week. The successful candidate will assemble robots in a manufacturing environment and must be able to work with tools such as screwdrivers, wiring harnesses, and crimping machines.

A strong attention to detail is essential to ensure overall quality control of the products being assembled. This is a fast‑paced work environment and requires candidates who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Estimated annual salary is $50,000 CAD (approximately $23–$25 CAD per hour). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.

• 1+ year of experience working in a hands‑on role such as computer or furniture assembly
• Ability to work with various hand‑tools such as screwdrivers
• Strong attention to detail for quality control purposes
• Ability to work in a quick‑paced environment

• Robotics assembly experience
