Position: Inovo Machine Operator Full-Time Role ON

Inovo Operators play a crucial role in maintaining safety and operational efficiency within the hatchery. Candidates need to demonstrate flexibility and readiness for a hands-on work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and transport incubator racks safely

• Operate machines including Egg Remover and Transfer Head

• Load eggs into hatching machines per SOP

• Inspect and prepare eggs for hatch compliance

• Ensure proper sanitation of all equipment used

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety

• Flexibility for varying work hours

• Capable of lifting and standing for long periods

• Comfort working with strong odors and humidity

• Adherence to PCP and health standards
