The role is located in a slaughterhouse or meat packing facility, demanding physical strength and coordination. Candidates must possess a secondary school graduation certificate and be prepared to adhere to health and safety regulations, including a criminal record check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Slaughter livestock and process carcasses efficiently

• Remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses

• Extract bones from meat

• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain hygiene

• Work under varying conditions including early mornings and evenings

Requirements:

• Minimum of secondary school graduation certificate

• 1 to less than 7 months of related experience

• Own transportation required

• Ability to handle heavy loads up to 50 lbs

• Authorization to work in Canada mandatory
