Step into a leadership role with Home Chef as a Production Lead on the first shift, guiding production associates and ensuring efficient meal portioning and shipping. You’ll start at 6:30 AM and enjoy consecutive days off on Thursday and Friday.
This Production Lead position is crucial for overseeing line operations and upholding quality standards. You will train production associates, manage workflow based on production targets, and effectively communicate daily goals.
Your role involves hands-on management of aspects like meal bagging, inventory controls, and compliance with operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee meal portioning and bagging processes
• Ensure team meets production targets and quality standards
• Communicate daily goals and expectations to associates
• Manage waste and food safety protocols
• Conduct hourly checks to maintain production sheet accuracy
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven track record as a reliable production associate
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic understanding of inventory management procedures
