Application Information

As a trusted North American food manufacturer, we are committed to quality, safety, integrity, and doing the right thing always. We are seeking a safety-focused, hardworking individual to join our team as Outside Sanitation for a 16-month term!

In this role, you will maintain a clean and sanitary facility while supporting railcar cleaning, grounds maintenance, and safe equipment operation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain facility sanitation following the Master Sanitation Schedule.
  • Clean equipment, structures, and railcars to food safety standards.
  • Inspect and verify vessel seals.
  • Operate rail equipment and powered mobile equipment, including loaders, tractors, skid steers, forklifts, aerial lifts, sweepers, and snow removal equipment.
  • Perform grounds maintenance including mowing, litter removal, vegetation control, and snow removal.
  • Complete documentation, report maintenance or pest concerns, and follow all safety, GMP, HACCP, and environmental requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with Production, Maintenance, and Bulk Load-Out teams.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating powered mobile equipment.
  • Ability to obtain required rail and equipment certifications.
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a grain processing environment.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, when required.
Schedule

Monday Friday, 8-hour day shifts.
