We seek a passionate Industrial or Manufacturing Engineer dedicated to optimizing manufacturing processes. This position emphasizes simplifying complexity, enhancing assembly methods, and fostering safety in operations. Collaborate confidently with Production and R&D to identify improvements that create effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review manufacturing processes and train staff on changes

• Procure equipment and coordinate implementations

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and enforce 5S standards

• Design and prototype test fixtures and production jigs

• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve manufacturing issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• Willingness to travel 10% of the time

• Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Solid Works

• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
