PFC Flexible Circuits Limited, a division of OSI Electronics, is hiring a Press Operator for the afternoon shift (4:00 PM - 12:30 AM). You will create material stack-ups, operate pressing equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Initial training will occur on the day shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) for 1-2 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage material stack-ups for flex boards

• Operate pressing and lamination machinery accurately

• Clean and prepare items after pressing for further processing

• Keep detailed documentation of production metrics

• Follow established safety practices in all operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma desired

• Prior experience in relevant manufacturing roles

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

• Ability to lift 50 lbs with appropriate techniques

• Fundamental computer literacy for data recording
