Our client is hiring for two Grinder/Honer positions in Kitchener. This role requires individuals to finish and refine metal components, ensuring smooth finishes and precise dimensions. With a strong background in finishing hard steel or titanium, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using measuring tools to achieve tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finish metal parts using grinders and various tools

• Measure dimensions using calipers and other tools

• Adhere to health and safety policies consistently

• Prioritize tasks to enhance workflow efficiency

• Complete duties as delegated by management

Requirements:

• Must have a High School diploma or GED

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles

• Comfortable using measuring equipment effectively

• Strong attention to detail is essential
