Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust converting line machines safely

• Report quality and production metrics on an hourly basis

• Conduct machine changeovers as needed

• Monitor and improve machine performance

• Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in manufacturing or relevant experience

• Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn

• Strong communication abilities

• Capability to lift 50 lbs and endure physical activity

• Reliability with a collaborative spirit
