Key Responsibilities:

• Direct implementation of lean tools in production

• Teach and manage advanced tool workshops

• Interpret KPI data for operational enhancements

• Drive global initiatives and regional reviews

• Promote adherence to company policies

Requirements:

• BS/BA or equivalent degree in Engineering

• At least 1 year in a manufacturing role

• Knowledge of lean principles and quality systems

• Advanced organizational skills

• Ability to travel 75% regionally
