TG Minto Corporation, a proud division of Toyoda Gosei, is seeking a full-time Assembly Leader Technician. This is an on-site role based in Palmerston and Stratford, Ontario. You will oversee production quality, meet hourly quotas, and engage in cross-training while ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow work instructions for quality production

• Meet and document hourly production quotas

• Operate injection machines and assembly stations

• Train full-time members as needed

• Maintain 5S and adhere to safety guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Physical ability to meet job requirements

• Willingness to adapt to shift changes

• Understand Kanban system principles

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
