Location: Waterloo
Astron Specialty Metals Limited is seeking a Senior TIG Welder / Fabricator to join our Waterloo fabrication team. You will perform advanced GTAW welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum, fabricate complex components, and mentor junior welders as needed.
You will read engineering drawings, set up fit-ups, and ensure precise welds while maintaining safety and quality. This role offers strong mentorship opportunities and a pathway to further craftsmanship within a supportive shop
