The Plant Operations Manager oversees all facets of manufacturing, ensuring that the facility operates smoothly and meets established quality and productivity metrics. You'll work closely with diverse teams, facilitating a safe and productive work environment while adhering to regulations and ISO standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in engaging employees and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance
• Achieve product quality and delivery targets
• Manage costs and optimize productivity measures
• Implement operational strategies for continuous improvement
• Develop leadership skills within the team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
• At least 10 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma techniques
• Competency in ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong communication and management skills
