Woodbridge is seeking a full-time Kanban Coordinator in Kitchener, ON. This role emphasizes inventory management, shipping accuracy, and efficient operations in a respected manufacturing environment.
As a Kanban Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are filled correctly and efficiently. Your work will include managing inventory, preparing shipments, and keeping the workplace safe and organized, all while striving for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and prioritize customer orders for timely shipment
• Load and maintain Kanban boards effectively
• Pick and verify parts for customer delivery
• Organize materials with correct labeling
• Complete all required paperwork accurately
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic math skills for managing inventory
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification is a plus
