Become a Lapping Machine CNC Operator, focusing on setting up and operating advanced manufacturing processes. This position emphasizes quality control and operator training.
Your main responsibilities will include setting up production processes, ensuring the quality and quantity of output, and performing routine checks and maintenance on equipment. You will also need to conduct inspections using precision measuring tools and record your data for production tracking. Training other operators is an essential aspect of this role as well.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage CNC and manual lapping processes
• Troubleshoot any production-related issues effectively
• Monitor and maintain quality of the work produced
• Conduct regular machinery maintenance checks
• Record production data accurately in required systems
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 diploma
• Background in machining or strong mechanical understanding
• Ability to read production specifications
• Required computer skills for procedure access
