This vital role involves overseeing plant operations and leading a team of 30-40 employees. You'll manage training and development initiatives while ensuring production goals are met on time. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and control all aspects of production
• Address inter-departmental issues affecting workflow
• Monitor quality, productivity, and delivery performance
• Optimize team capabilities through effective delegation
• Evaluate staff performance and implement training
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years supervising in production
• Experience in ISO Certified environments preferred
• Knowledge of safety and health systems
• Great verbal and written communication skills
