Cabinetmaker

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specification for custom millwork
• Utilize woodshop equipment and tools to build custom cabinets and woodworks
• Operate woodworking machines and tools
• Repair and style cabinets, fixtures, and furniture
• Trim, assemble and join wood and other materials
• Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer/polish to finished products
• Ensure the standards of design and quality are met
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

• 3+ years' experience of custom cabinetmaking and woodworking machinery
• Experience with high-end cabinetry and finishes
• Completion of secondary school
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications, and estimate materials required for projects
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Physically able to handle heavy loads
• Valid driver's licence

• Work activities will require manual dexterity and standing for extended periods.
• Frequent travel to client sites
• Some work activities will occur after normal business hours i.e. morning, evenings and weekends.

Incremental wage raise available based on the current rate of inflation
