Lead automated plastics recycling production at EFS-plastics Inc. in Listowel during the weekday night shift from 11:00pm to 7:15am.
This full-time Shift Lead oversees production operators and daily operations at EFS-plastics. You will support efficiency, quality, safety, and team performance while troubleshooting machinery and operational issues. The position suits leaders with manufacturing or production experience, preferably in plastics or recycling.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead production operators through guidance, training, and support
- Monitor automated systems and production goals
- Troubleshoot alarms and resolve operational issues
- Inspect materials and finished products against quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols and coordinate shift handoffs
- Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or production
- Plastics or recycling experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery in real time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
