• Blend pigments, bulk ingredients, and resin precisely
• Identify and handle blends for quality standards
• Operate mixers, ribbon blenders, and drum tumblers
• Drive forklifts throughout the Kitchener facility
• Clean systems and maintain organized work spaces

• Two to three years manufacturing experience preferred
• At least one year active forklift experience
• Stand six to eight hours and lift 25 kilograms
• Wear respirator under clean-shaven policy
• Work smoke-free and follow safety policies
