Key Responsibilities:

Blend pigments, bulk ingredients, and resin precisely
Identify and handle blends for quality standards
Operate mixers, ribbon blenders, and drum tumblers
Drive forklifts throughout the Kitchener facility
Clean systems and maintain organized work spaces
Requirements:
Two to three years manufacturing experience preferred
At least one year active forklift experience
Stand six to eight hours and lift 25 kilograms
Wear respirator under clean-shaven policy
Work smoke-free and follow safety policies
