The role of Intergenerational Pastor at Listowel Baptist Church centers on empowering youth, young adults, and families within a missional context. Engage with local schools and groups, promoting faith and discipleship while creating a welcoming community. Collaborate closely with church leadership to support a culture of spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive mission outreach to unchurched families

• Develop connections in local schools and community initiatives

• Facilitate intergenerational church engagement

• Provide compassionate pastoral care and mentorship

• Inspire leadership development across various age groups

Requirements:

• Biblical or ministry education required

• CBOQ accreditation in good standing preferred

• Experience with youth or family ministry

• Strong relational and communication skills

• Commitment to team culture and collaboration
