Part-Time Director of Family Ministries

Enhance children's faith experiences at West heights Community Church as the Director of Family Ministries. This part-time, impactful role fosters growth through engaging programs and strong parent partnerships.

In this vital position, you will create safe and meaningful environments for children from ages 0 to Grade 5. You’ll lead engaging Sunday programs, recruit and train dedicated volunteers, and foster supportive relationships with parents. The role blends administration with ministry, providing opportunities to influence the church's overall mission while ensuring that the programming aligns with the church’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead creative weekly programs for children

• Evaluate and implement age-appropriate curriculums

• Foster partnerships with parents to nurture children's faith

• Recruit and mentor volunteers for effective ministry

• Administer ministry budgets responsibly

Requirements:

• Proven experience in children's ministry

• Strong communication and relational skills

• Technical aptitude in administrative tools
