Strategic Manager of Donor Stewardship

Elevate donor relations at WRHN Foundation as the Manager of Stewardship & Impact. This hybrid role focuses on strategic program design and impactful storytelling to enhance relationships with major donors.

The Manager leads all aspects of donor impact reporting and materials at WRHN Foundation. With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in stewardship programs, you will develop strategies that resonate with both Major Gift and Transformational donors. You’ll collaborate with finance and development teams to ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting and project execution while maintaining donor commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design impactful multi-channel reporting strategies for donors

• Manage projects including content creation and distribution

• Translate complex information into compelling narratives

• Oversee budget planning for stewardship materials

• Ensure alignment with donor intent and organizational policies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of impact reporting experience in a non-profit

• Advanced knowledge of stewardship principles

• Proficient in Raiser’s Edge or similar CRMs

• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and design tools

• Exceptional storytelling and analytical skills
