Overview
Join Age Care in Kitchener as a Registered Nurse Casual and provide essential care to residents. Use your expertise in a nurturing, community-focused setting. This is a part-time position responsible for coordinating nursing services and ensuring accurate documentation as prescribed by regulations. You will also be instrumental in communicating changes in residents' health effectively.
Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care in line with established protocols
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate care services
- Document health changes and communicate with the healthcare team
- Process and ensure implementation of physician orders
- Lead shift report discussions to align team efforts
- Bachelor s Degree in Nursing required
- Experience in geriatric or long-term care
- Active provincial nursing registration
- Familiarity with healthcare legal regulations
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
