In this Specialty Pharma Registered Nurse role, you will provide and monitor infusion therapies while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety. Collaboration with the Specialty Nursing Supervisor will enhance patient care quality and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and implement individualized nursing care plans

• Provide health assessments and medication education

• Initiate IV access and administer pharmacological treatments

• Monitor patient reactions and document conditions

• Stay current with training in pharmacovigilance and medication

Requirements:

• BSN degree from an accredited program

• Valid registration with provincial nursing authority

• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications

• Experience in acute or specialty nursing care

• Excellent skills in patient assessment and communication
