RPN - On-Site Nursing at West Perth

Join Ritz Lutheran Villa as an RPN focused on providing high-quality nursing care to residents in West Perth Village. This part-time role emphasizes assessment, treatment implementation, and accurate record-keeping.

You will be responsible for delivering care, adhering to standards set by the Ministry of Health and the College of Nurses. Close teamwork with nursing staff is essential, and you will report directly to the Registered Nurse. Preferred candidates should have experience with vulnerable populations in long-term care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess individual resident requirements daily

• Provide prescribed treatments and administer medications

• Keep meticulous records in line with legislation

• Work collaboratively with nursing staff

• Communicate effectively with residents and team

Requirements:

• Must be a registered practical nurse in good standing

• Current CPR Heart Saver Certification required

• Preferred experience in long-term care

• Excellent communication skills essential
