Deliver specialized nursing care to individuals with mental health challenges as a Registered Nurse. Choose in-person contract roles and earn premium rates for after-hours work.
This position involves providing critical nursing services to patients with concurrent disorders. You will utilize your expertise in crisis situations while coordinating care and documenting compliance with health regulations. Collaboration with correctional officers and community services will be essential in providing comprehensive mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage patients with mental illnesses
• Support crisis de-escalation and intervention
• Facilitate communication with care providers
• Ensure compliance with health documentation standards
• Educate patients on mental health management
Requirements:
• CNO registration in good standing
• Minimum 7 years of RN experience required
• Experience in crisis interventions or mental health settings
• Working knowledge of consent regulations (HCCA)
• Must be available for in-person contract roles
