Position: AgeCare Assistant Director of Care (RPN)

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize resident care and nursing staff activities

• Evaluate documentation and care plan compliance

• Conduct quarterly audits of resident care plans

• Handle resident and family inquiries and concerns

• Oversee staff training and safety programs

Requirements:

• Registration as a Practical Nurse in Ontario

• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics

• Understanding of health and safety legislation

• Advanced education in nursing preferred
