Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the health care team on nursing services

• Accurately document changes in resident health status

• Implement and communicate physician orders efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required

• Background in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing

• Familiarity with health regulations and acts

• Good standing with the nursing registry
