In this role, you will deliver comprehensive support to hemodialysis patients at WRHN in Midtown, formerly Grand River Hospital. You will leverage your medical experience and expertise in nephrology to ensure safe and effective nursing care. Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team is essential to meet patient needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supportive care for hemodialysis patients
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and visitors
• Monitor and document patient health and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members effectively
• Educate patients and families on hemodialysis processes
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Registration with CNO
• Minimum two years of medical/surgical experience
• Hemodialysis experience preferred
• BCLS certification required
• Knowledge of nephrology theory and patient care
Utilize your nursing skills in hemodialysis to promote optimal patient outcomes at WRHN.
