Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goal-directed nursing care to residents

• Implement and assess individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate clinical care assessments

• Train and supervise unregulated care providers

• Foster strong relationships through effective communication

Requirements:

• Registered as a Practical Nurse in the applicable province

• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support needed

• Vulnerable Sector Check required within six months
