Position: Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse Role
Become a Registered Practical Nurse with S&R Group, specializing in long term care. This full-time position involves building connections with residents and leading your care team every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build genuine connections with residents during each shift

• Deliver focused shift reports and supervise care teams

• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness

• Document care accurately using technology

• Mentor new colleagues and participate in quality improvement

Requirements:

• Registration with the CNO in good standing

• Completed Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS)

• TB 2 Step updated within the last year

• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• Passion for enhancing resident well-being
