CareKW is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses to provide in-home palliative care on part-time schedules. Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and support g-tube feeds
• Execute comprehensive physical assessments for patients
• Provide health education to patient families
• Track and document changes in health status
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams on care implementation
Requirements:
• Current CNO registration and good standing status
• CPR/First Aid Certification up to date
• Complete immunization records required
• Clean Vulnerable Sector Screen within 3 months
• Must possess a valid Palliative Education Certificate
