This opportunity in the Woman and Child Program requires a compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurse. Working with a health care team, you'll provide comprehensive care and scrub nurse duties for postpartum women. Your commitment to safety and excellence in patient care will be pivotal in enhancing the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize sound judgment and best practice guidelines
• Support a safe and inclusive environment for patients
• Collaborate with the interprofessional care team
• Assist in delivering holistic care to mothers and newborns
Requirements:
• Previous obstetrical experience required
• Current BCLS certification and CPR skills
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Must complete NRP within three months of hire
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
