In this role, you will coordinate total nursing care for an assigned group of patients. Working within a collaborative environment, you will support patients with varying degrees of physical and cognitive challenges. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills and an ability to contribute to a safe environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing care for a designated patient group
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain professional nursing standards in a clinical setting
• Assist in creating a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors
• Perform heavy work including pushing and pulling patients
Requirements:
• Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in Restorative Care Model preferred
• BCLS and GPA certifications required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good attendance record essential
