This part-time, temporary role is critical for individuals in recovery, as you will assist in clinical assessments and therapeutic treatments designed for maximum functional independence. You will collaborate closely with patients and families while adhering to the professional standards set by the CNO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and manage rehabilitative patients' care plans
• Facilitate collaborative healthcare team interactions
• Educate patients about their rehabilitation programs
• Implement interventions to achieve functional goals
• Maintain records in compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
• Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Recent in-patient rehabilitation experience required
• Skills in dysphagia screening and functional assessments
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Dedication to patient safety and quality improvement
